Here is the original italian recipe of tomato bruschetta with oil, garlic and basil, a simple and highly effective recipe, perfect for any occasion. Ingredients for 4 people: 4 slices bruschetta bread, 4 pear tomato,1 clove of garlic, 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, basil to taste, oregano to taste, Salt to taste, pepper as needed.

Follow these easy steps for preparation of tomato bruschetta with garlic and basil oil

Step 1. Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut them into pieces and put them in a bowl with the basil leaves previously chopped, a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper.

Step 2. Season the tomato, garlic and basil mix with the oil and let it flavor for half an hour.

Step 3. Grill the slices of bread leaving them on the fire for 2 minutes on each side. Peel the garlic and rub it on the latter, insisting particularly on the rind.

Step 4. Spread the mix of tomato, garlic and basil and a little of the sauce on the bruschetta; let it rest for a minute and serve it while still hot.
