The Acquevive spring and the related river park, born on the two banks of the Aventine river. These are ones of the places in Abruzzo that are definitely worth visiting on your next trip or vacation. It is a relaxing place thanks to the flowing waters, enveloping, fragrant, equipped and well cared for.

Since 2012, the Park has been enriched with an equipped fitness trail, a picnic area, a play area, vegetable gardens and a local product sales point. The whole area surrounding the river park has become a great tourist attraction thanks to the naturalistic importance as well as the charm of the landscape. Furthermore, it is not surprising that this area also aroused the interest of a writer of taste like Gabriele D’Annunzio who visited it several times in his time

How to get to the Acquevive River Park?

To reach the Acquevive river park, you must leave the town of Taranta Peligna and head towards Lettopalena. On the right there is a path that leads to the “Acquevive”.
