The “Rock Blades” of Pennadomo are a unique geological formation found in the Abruzzo region, in the province of Chieti. It is a series of blade-shaped rock outcrops, extending for about 2km.
The Lame di Roccia di Pennadomo were formed thanks to the erosion of the wind and water on the limestone rock, creating these suggestive rock formations in the shape of a blade, even up to 30 meters high.
These rock blades are a popular destination for hiking and climbing enthusiasts, as they offer numerous opportunities for outdoor activities.
