The Bath of Fordongianus are a thermal complex located in Sardinia, in the province of Oristano. They represent one of the oldest spas on the island.
The thermal waters of the Bath of Fordongianus flow from a natural spring at a constant temperature of about 54°C. They are known for their curative and therapeutic properties, in particular for the treatment of pathologies of the respiratory and osteo-articular systems.
The Fordongianus thermal complex was built on the remains of an ancient Roman settlement, and it is still possible to admire the archaeological remains of that era, including the remains of a Roman bridge and a temple.

These spas are open all year round and represent an ideal destination for those seeking relaxation and well-being in Sardinia, immersed in a unique historical-archaeological context.
