The island of Ponza is part of the Ponziane Islands of which it is the largest. The islands of Gavi, Zannone, Palmarola, Ventotene and Santo Stefano are part of the same archipelago. The island of Ponza is located in the Tyrrhenian Sea in front of the Gulf of Gaeta, south of San Felice Circeo. A perfect distance from the coast that allows you to enjoy restful and relaxing holidays.
There are several beaches that can be reached, such as Frontone beach (reachable by sea with a convenient taxi boat service), Cala Feola beach (always reachable by sea with a shuttle service).
One of the most beautiful experiences to do on the island of Ponza is the sunset on the cliff of Chiaia di Luna, as well as an unforgettable excursion to the famous Grotte di Pilato, from Roman times, connected to each other with narrow tunnels and located in the rocky area southeast of the port of Ponza.
