The 66th edition of the Michelin Guide Italy confirms the Three Stars to chef Niko Romito at the helm of the Casadonna Reale in Castel di Sangro (L’Aquila). In addition to this recognition, the Abruzzo chef was also awarded the 2021 Special Mentor Award.
A Michelin star is confirmed at Villa Majella owned by the Tinari family in Guardiagrele, at the Al Metrò restaurant by chef Nicola Fossaceca in San Salvo, at La Bandiera by the Spadone family in Civitella Casanova and at D.One by chef Davide Pezzuto in Montepagano di Roseto degli Abruzzi.
