Remontò is a cove that houses a small beach made of stones and gravel and protected from the east side by Punta Schioppo. The town of Marciana Marina is located on the Island of Elba.
It is characterized by a high cliff behind it which guarantees areas of shade for most of the day. It is a small beach that is not very busy and which also allows parking nearby near the provincial road.
How to access the cove of Remontò?
Access to the beach and Romontò cove is about one and a half kilometers from the town of Marciana Marina and about five kilometers from Procchio. The entrance to the path that leads to the beach is well marked on the provincial road (where we remind you it is not possible to park).
The path leading to the beach is made up of 174 steps dug into the ground (quite comfortable downhill, a little less uphill) and made stable by granite surfaces, along the way you will also find some benches to rest or enjoy the view.
