In this short article you will learn about the different solutions to park your car safely during the day when you will walk the Path of the Gods that winds between the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento Coast, in the Campania Region.

The path connects the locality of Bomerano (fraction of Agerola) with the locality of Nocelle (fraction of Positano), crossing several villages on the coast and is considered among the most beautiful hiking trails in the world.

In this case we are considering the departure from Bomerano (fraction of Agerola), but the departure can also be made from Praiano as we say in this article.

In Bomerano you can choose between free parking and paid parking.

Free parking

Once in Bomerano, it is possible to park your vehicle near the square, where there are several parking lots bordered by white stripes and therefore free.

Toll parking

Alternatively, you can opt for paid parking (5 euros for the whole day) not far away and located near the sports field.

Tips

  • Especially on holidays and weekends, given the high number of visitors, it is preferable to arrive early in the morning to find still free parking spaces.
  • Do not park outside the strips because the fine is obviously almost certain.
  • Getting to Bomerano by public transport is preferable to private transport.
  • Searching on the internet you will find several proposals for private paid parking. In this case, we recommend that you check the parking feedback and conditions of use carefully.
