The Rose Garden of Rome is among the most beautiful and romantic gardens in the capital. Its origins are very ancient and as early as the third century. BC, the place where the rose garden stands, was used for the cultivation of plants and flowers. The rose garden extends over a part of the Aventine, between the Circus Maximus and the other magnificent garden, the Savello Park also called the Giardino degli Aranci.
Visiting the Rose Garden of Rome is like entering a vortex of colors and scents that will leave tourists and enthusiasts amazed. There are 1,100 rose species in the rose garden from all corners of the world, including China and Mongolia.
